For the fifth year in a row Modular Security Systems, Inc. and Dropbox, Inc. attended the Coal Gen International Trade Show in Charlotte, North Carolina. In support of custom container modifications, the Modular Access Control (MAC) Portal, and Dropboxes running water product line, which includes the Sanitation Station, Ryan Mitchell and Robert Slagel once again, hit the road. With fellow exhibitors and attendees ranging from major construction companies like Shaw, Jacobs, Bechtel, and Flour to vendors that cater to the power generation companies like American Electric Power, Duke Energy, East Kentucky Power Coop, and Progress Energy, Dropbox and MSSI made an impact with their product information, cutting edge booth technology, and activities.
"I was really impressed with the level of "trade show" conditioning demonstrated by the visitors to our booth", stated Ryan Mitchell. "We had a pretty entertaining putting challenge for our guests and the number of people that came by to hit some putts, but then, to my surprise, mentioned seeing our products out in the field was astounding."
A number of the attendees to Coal Gen 2009 have become familiar with both the MAC portal and the Sanitation Station through previous experience at trade shows like Coal Gen, at refineries, power plants, and other industrial construction sites across the country. "If they werent already familiar with our company and its container modifications, most that came by to hit a few putts actually stuck around to ask us what we do," stated Ryan.
"We have some pretty recognizable products and weve made significant impact in this industry over the past few years", added Robert Slagel. "It makes me proud to know that our products are so well received and favored by our customers. The recognition we gain from being onsite at some of the largest construction projects across the country continues to astound me".
With Dropbox sales reaching over a hundred units and MSSI sales climbing over the two hundred and fifty range, both companies have a lot to celebrate. "Trade shows like Coal Gen and site visits, that we make on a regular basis to our customers, help us gauge their needs and to also gain useful feedback on our products", mentioned Ryan. "Our customers and the relationships built onsite and at trade shows like Coal Gen are invaluable to us and the success of our business."
